She’s dressed elegantly, in a lace-trimmed dress, and wears a floral wreath on hear head. She has also a stole loosely around her, and a fan in her right hand.

This shows in Michael’s eyes, as he gives in to darkness, and departs from his original path of staying away from the family business. Seconds after this moment, his life will change forever, as he jumps up and shoots the two men.

The moment that ends ”The Godfather”: Michael becomes the new Don of the Corleone family. He’s surrounded by his most trusted men in his office. Clemenza demonstrates his devotion to the new Godfather by bowing and kissing Michael’s hand. The scene is charged with power, as Michael has gained the absolute trust of these men.
